I managed to crack the plastic over the display on the back of my Olympus Mju850SW. The camera still works perfectly but i'd imagine that its no longer as waterproof as it should be (3.5m). I'm struggling to find anywhere that will give me an estimate for repairing it without wanting a fee up front. My local shop has a minimum charge of £150 for Olympus cameras! The lady actually said that compacts are treated as disposable items these days…

I'm not sure if the plastic outer is part of the LCD dispay or part of the case which goes over it. The display is still working perfectly which makes me think the thing just needs a new rear case.

Anyone an ideas for who can fix it or alternativly a web site where i can look at parts lists and maybe order the bits myself?
