As I chew through the tide wind from Montrose to Carnoustie, my overboots rubbing my cranks the only sound,wondering when my next puncture will come...Trying to focus on the tiny beam of light thrown by my exposure light...The odd car on the country road acting like they are in the Scottish Rally...I was wondering, when does it actually feel "good?" When do I get joined by the actor/singer, and his mates on the lowriders? Where is the white horse? Where is the guy on the stilts bike? I think I have been had.
