Well I just went for a day’s track tickets, cheapos, for 2. I am excited.

It seems postage costs are higher in Glasgow than the rest of the UK, the charge is £4.50 – for 4 tickets.

I feel the latter is worthy of a letter of complaint. Some 3rd party profiteering ****er is fleecing us.

Automated ticket processing systems aren’t free though are they.

To be honest, it seems pretty reasonable to me.

And it’s a pretty standard amount to process and post tickets bought online.

Neal – “standard” =/= not a rip-off.

We never used to pay these fees when you had to phone up and speak to someone, and now it’s all automated and so must be cheaper. Just another opportunity for someone else to get their finger in the pie (or perhaps more transparent/realistic separation of charges).
