Just over a month ago, an "unusually strong" section of gravity left me on the floor with a broken wrist And i'm getting close to having the cast taken off. So how to i start getting back to fitness? Do i need a specific plan, or should i just start gently and see how it proceeds?
My specific targets are to try to get to a Skills day (Jedi'd) in mid June, then being fit to get to the alps at the start of July.
So, who's done/doing the same, and how did you do it??
