This place was just the ticket for a few of us last year and only a couple of miles away. Planing a return later on this year to Coed y Brenin and will be staying there again.

I stayed here and it was superb. About a 1 mile road ride from the visitors centre. If there are a few of you book the bunk house as it was perfect for our group of 6

I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s pretty good. About 10 mins drive from visitors centre, bike shed, drying room, kitchen with decent facilities and TV to lounge around at in the evening. There’s also a washing machine that I think costs £2.
There’s a good cafe round the corner that does a mean fry-up, a hotel (near the cafe) with an OK bar and a pub up the road. There’s also a small general store and a cash point (HSBC).

I stayed at a B&B in Dollegalu recently. Very bike friendly as you can store your bikes in the cellar. Great food and very relaxed. they advertise in the back of MBR and MBUK. i think they are called TySeren(ish!) well recomended at about £30 per night.
