What’re the trails like at the moment? We’re planning on spending most of this weekend there…

watch out for the wooden bridges – they are deathly slippy this time of year. had a face-plant on the one on “mortitia” on Dragon’s back and almost knocked my teeth out!

I was there on Sunday. ‘Twas lovely! Cold, but lovely.

Seemed very, very quiet as well, which was nice!

ditto bomberman, there is one small two metre long piece of timber out there which has caused me a lot of pain…….!

everytime i go back i keep thinking that i should of taken some chicken wire, a hammer and some tacks – and do the bloody work myself… grrr!

Cold is fine, a bit of pedalling soon warms one up I find. Was just a bit worried it might be an unrideable ice rink all round! I may allow discretion to become the better part of valour on woodwork, I have a fear of it at the best of times…
