I’m going home from uni in just over a week and want to get out on the bike with my dad. My parents live in North Wales, pretty close to Clocaenog and I was wondering whether anyone knows any decent routes in the forest. I’m especially keen to go to Clocaenog as I’m studying forestry and 50% of the forest there is being managed using continuous cover forestry methods and I’d like to see how successful this has been. I’m keen to do a decent loop around 20 miles in length using as much single track as possible (if there is any in Clocaenog). If anyone is familiar with the area and knows any routes I’d greatly appreciate their help!
