Does anyone make a clip-on full-length mudguard, like the Crud Road-Racer, for 26″ wheels? Or has anyone tried fitting them to a bike with smaller wheels?

I’m building a 650c road bike for my wife, and the frame doesn’t have ‘guard drillings. Its unlikely she’ll go out of its wet, but it’d be nice if it was possible.

I know SKS race-blades are supposed to be adjustable, but they don’t give full coverage like the Cruds.
