as a result of bouts of tea spitting, crumb dropping, wine dripping and chocolate smearing my wireless keyboard is looking more revolting every day and the letters of here: uiojkl;'.,m;./ are sticking a bit.

how do you refurb a wireless keyboard. Can I take the batteries out and hose it down with some soapy water and brush and leave it to dry? or do I need to individually clean each and every key?

Turn it upside down give it a good shake and then hoover it out, spray it with some cleaner and give it a good wipe.

Take battery out, put in dishwasher, dry in airing cupboard over night.
Works for non wireless ones ok.

The dishwashe is my current tool of choice for all hard to clean objects. Even did the toaster in it 🙂

    and Im back.

In the end I plucked each key out and gave the whole thing the detailed treatment.

Keys like gossamer silk once again. Ahhhhhh.

Next time it might be the dishwasher though.
Do you think it works for 3 yr olds?
