I'm looking at shelling out for a new set and these are ridiculously cheap at CRC at the moment (Organic @ 6.00 per pair)……….are these a genuine bargain or are they this cheap for a reason?????

I've used sintered in the past and found them good. Have you considered superstar pads at all? £5 for organics IIRC, £6 for sintered and £9 for kevlar ones.

been using a set about 5/6 months, no problems experienced yet. i bought another 4 pairs on the strength of their performance so far. i have had bad experience with superstar pads.

Excellent. Ditto bad SS experience- clarks are a proper reputable company and the pads perform, and last, excellently.
