I bought a set of the Clarks M2 brakes. I need to shorten the hoses and as a result will probably need to bleed the system. Does anyone know if I can use the Shimano funnel thing? The bleed screw looks the same on a set of Shimano brakes.

If not, what kit should I use?

Pretty sure I bled a friend’s Clark brakes using my normal shimano connectors.

I think so too. Although I never got my Clark’s great so binned them, well, put in spares box.

I shortened mine without bleeding. Worth a try.

As above without bleeding but guess can hit lucky with any brakes shimano bleed kit according to article i read before buying
