I’ve enjoyed it. Though I didn’t like the way they kept on saying things like “If just one thing goes wrong it would be a catastrophe for hundreds of people”. That just made it sound like the whole global system is tetering on the brink at all times and could come crashing down at any time risking hundreds of lives. Nothing could be further from the truth, the system is infact quite robust with a good level of redundancy and failure tolerance on all systems, especially on the aircraft themselves. If that wasn’t the case then aircraft accident rates would be increasing in line with growth – in fact it’s reducing despite the growth rate increase. But I guess they need to create some drama out of it.
