I've got seven mature trees, a mixture of varieties. Just spent the last month picking up windfalls, storing and discarding any grubbed or mouldy ones. Was planning to pick any remaining on the trees around the beginning of October. Interested to hear anyone else's plans.
Cider makers, when are you harvesting and pressing?
Harvesting? Pressing? You mean will I be using Lidl or Tesco value juice for my next batch of turbo?
