After stuffing myself on Christmas dinner……… I have just made a sandwich with fresh bread and left over turkey, and a chunk of Wensleydale cheese with cranberries.

    Now, where’s the mince pies!

We normally go out for a Curley on Xmas day, but we are a bit bored of the local Indian so did curry at home. The sprout/mustard seed side dish we had as a nod to normal Xmas dinner was perfect.

Also my left overs for tomorrow are all homemade chicken tikka and pakoras.

Highlight – Nairn’s black pepper oatcakes with Lidl’s stilton.

Low light – Lidl’s goose that wouldn’t cook, and when it eventually did, was digusting. So no bird with me and the boy’s dinner! 🙁 Rest was good though.

    That sounds ace Tony!.

Stuffing along with the sprouts with chorizo and almonds were ace, as we’re the roasties and pigs.

To be fair, I **** nailed it today!

Venison from the local deer farm (the one I often ride through) -rare. My daughter loved it and she was the one putting me under most pressure.

And my roasties were my best ever (thanks Jamie).
