Just got around to fitting a King headset to my frame and have discovered that I need an adapter / bodge for my headset press (x-tools) so I don’t load the bearings while fitting.

Any ideas where to get an adapter or what the best bodge / engineering solution is.

    Cheers

Only £20 (and includes a tool not to F&&k up the crown race too)

Got a set and for the life and cost of a King headset it’s well worth it.

threaded bar, two washers, two nuts, two bits of plywood. Sell the press, and buy some beer….
