    Looks like chips in the top layer – paint perhaps?

    Has anyone else experienced this?

    Mine are helitaped to the max to try and avoid this kind of thing 8)

    Mine’s chipped in a few places (from catching rocks etc…) I wouldn’t worry about it. Stick some tape over and carry on riding!
