    I don’t think it’s just about weight.

    Bjorn Dunkerbeck (12 times world windsurf champion) used to reckon he could only get one race out of a carbon/G-10 fin before it lost its “zing”.

    But at £70 a pop, I’m happy to keep my zingless ones.
