Garmin Forerunner 35 and TomTom Spark/Runner already on the list, but what else?

I want to wirelessly upload run data to my phone if that makes a difference.

Big wrists too, so are any of the options better for the larger gentleman?

I have the Spark – pretty good. Strap on large is fairly long. Treadmill mode is pretty good too – quite accurate.

What do you want the watch to do whilst on the run?

Do you want live HR/distance/ascent etc?

Another vote for TomTom. Go to their Facebook page and you can normally get a discount code. Think I paid about £70 for mine in August.

People seem to like TomToms. Interesting.

    Thank you to all

Polar M400 (old) or M430 (new and with optical HR)

Like my M400. App (Polar Flow) is good too imo.

Edit: missed the cheap-ish bit 😳 M430 at least might not meat the criteria.

Good deal on a Suunto – if you can handle the colour!

I’ve got a Polar m400 that I’ve had for years, pretty decent and very easy to use

Another vote for the forerunner 35. Wife and I both have one and we like ’em! The free Garmin App is good too and probably preferable to Strava.

Love my Tom Tom Spark. Intuitive, no frills watch that covers all the standard bases just fine.

Check voucher codes and Tom Tom store for regular discount. I picked mine up for £62.

TomTom fits better than Garmin it turns out.
