    if you get to ~40. look into 1/4 pallet from a pallet courier

    No idea. But I bought 4 winter tyres from Germany for 20 euros delivered.

    they have an english website too.

    Just checked. Still 19.80 euros for 4 delivered to UK. And with euro exchange it is a no brainer.
