I’m looking for a cheap USB HDD, USB powered is a must, around 500Gb, pref not more than £40.

Anyone seen any bargains in the sales?

Pixmania were doing the Western Digital Passport HDD for about £45 just before Xmas.

Expansys have got a Western Digital one for £40; 500gb, usb3. It’s reduced from £50

Thanks for that. I’ve found a 1TB one for a little more. Not sure if I need the extra capacity though, its only for work stuff.
