The wife and I want to take our first ever package holiday! We’re fancying an all inclusive over Christmas and new year to get a wee bit of a break. We can’t spend a lot, so where should we go and what should we look out for? I fear ending up in a smeghole.

There are a lot of cheap deals out there mainly because if you fly Sat to Sat like most people do you are going out on christmas day and back on NY Day (which most people don’t like as they actually want to be away on those days). Look at Gran Canaria, Lanzarote places like that. Be prepared for something more basic though, don’t expect luxury.
