Is it possible to get a cheap/PAYG mobile broadband deal without having to fork out for a “dongle”. My laptop has built in 3G stuff, so I don’t need one of those, and not keen on paying out the equivalent of several months usage for something I don’t need, but all the cheap deals seem to come with one you have to pay for.
