Of course the disadvantage of that is that you have to work when you get there 🙂

Sadly my employer has a Economy everywhere rule (unless you’re the CEO) 🙁

Luckily upgrading is based on Airmile seniority, so I get an upgrade on every flight where economy is full – but only to Premium.

I used to have so many Virgin miles I got given Upper Class service in Economy – bit embarrassing being the only person in the cabin offered champagne on boarding…

It only works on 11 airlines, none of which I am likely to use. 🙁
