Building a bike up for my son , so I am after so cheapish disc brakes for it.
What have you got thats lying around that justs doesn't cut the mustard on your latest steed that you could sell to help fund your next purchase .

Shimano XT levers on XTR calipers the ones before the latest Servo wave ones, long hoses, all ready to go with plenty of life in the pads. No marks on them and in excellent condition. Set up for 160mm rotors. I have one rotor but you would need another. £80 posted

How about these? Avid Juicy 3 hydraulic disk brakes complete with one unused pair of spare pads. The brakes are working with long hoses so should be good for most bikes but may need cutting down better than being to short. (770mm front 1500mm rear) 2 x160mm 6 bolt disks with torx bolts.£50 posted
