We use the Uberbike Race Matrix in our XTs. I think they still have a 25% discount on

If your after genuine Shimano in always find bike-discount.de cheapest. About £8ish. Got some Ti ones for that last time as well.

I’ve used superstar Kevlar for a few years and been very happy with them. Now they seem to have stopped selling pads I bought some disco Kevlar as an alternative. They’ve been good so far. Some general uk riding and an Alps trip.

For me the Oem ones just last well and perform, just shop around for prices

I got uber kevlars last time, as far as I can tell they’re the same pad as superstar. Didn’t really get on with the uber race matrixes- fantastic when they worked, horrific when they didn’t. Kevlar isn’t as good at best but is better at worst

Got some cheap CLarks ones, shit.

I had a dabble with superstar Kevlar, 250km ain’t exactly good for lasting. Now on Fibrax and they’re great, last as long as the OEM XT ones and stop as well
