Chav spotted riding Spesh full Suss on Filton Ave this morning

As it says was heading into Brizool this morning about 7.30 on filton avenue when I saw a chavvy looking youth on a dark coloured spesh full sus poss had triple clamp forks.
Looked a bit overbiked for heading to work also no helmet etc etc

Sorry for the late reply

From a brief glance I would say yes the thing that I really noticed was the gold stancions and I thought they were triples
The bike also looked in excellent condition
