Charger for cheap Chinese lights, what does it look like

Looking for the charger for my cheap Chinese lights (the four cell single LED one). I’ve got a drawer full of various plugs and power supplies. The only likely candidate I’ve found so far is 12v 1A supply. Is that likely to be it?
