hi i have a 2010 150mm team revalation fork, it came with spacers to knock down to 130/140mm , how much would a bike shop charge to do this, or alternatively could it easily be done myself?

its very easy, and its good to learn as well since changing the oil in the lowers is required maintenance and follows the same procedure. You’ll need a socket set, allen key and circlip pliers.
