Right, i’ve searched on the web and found a couple of sites that make changing my Radar lenses very simple. But it isn’t. Anyone got an idiot proof technique that won#t lead me breaking the buggers?

I found that the instructions that came with the glasses made it very easy.

Basically, you squeeze the nose piece together so it pops off and frees the bottom of the lens. Then pull the lens forward so it pops out of the top of the frame (it should now only be held in by the two ends of the lens). Once this is done it should be easy to remove the lens, one end at a time, from the frame.

I have left the isntructions at home in Blighty and work out in the French Alps 10 months of the year, summer’s coming so I need to get the Iridium lens on the go!
