Hi All –

I've been gradually changing parts on my bike, to the point where really it is not the same bike it started out as – ie new frame, forks, etc etc.

this move has been from an XC oriented bike to a more burly "play" bike.

Only thing still left is my Crank Bros Egg beaters

I've been looking at Mallet pedals and other similar "clipped in" platform pedals and am wondering this:

will they work with my hard soled mtb shoes (Northwave) or will I need to change shoes too?
