Without the proper bearing press & tools?
Had a look at some vid on youtube and it looks easy enough but anyone here tried it and not messed up the new bearings? I’ve not worked on hubs yet.
    Also where for bearings?
Seen Katec has some bearings for £6-7 each.
    Thanks.

It’s better to make a press with some threaded bar, sockets for spacers, nuts and washers than to hammer them in.

Very simple to do just like most sealed bearing hubs.
I’ve not done one without bearing tools in years but sockets work very well , I always prefer to press rather than hammer the new ones in
Stans web site should have the instructions

An old qr can be used through sockets to act as press

Have found the bearings in my stans hubs have lasted far longer than the hope ones did
