    I want a double set of ramped rings for xtr 970 cranks..
    whats really good in terms of shift quality and longevity for 10spd.

    What size? Deore steel on mine, 9-speed but work fine with 10, last forever… You need to space out any non-XTR inner ring with M970s but it’s not a big issue
