    I’m moving soon and likely to be racing a fair bit of 4x…

    Looking to get a 34t chainring, and wondering if an Oval would help or hinder a sprint type race..

    Any thoughts?

    Journal articles have shown improvements in Sprint performance in non-elite BMX riders – so possibly!
