So I did Carn Ban Mor today… fairly big climb that! But when it came to coming back down it started really well, lots of lines rocks etc then after 200m it suddenly switched to smoother than glentress Blue doubletrack punctuated with thousands of large drainage channels… lined with large rocks every 10-15m! this went on pretty much to the treeline then it got a lot looser/enjoyable.

Was it always like this/did I ride the right thing?! From what I’d read on here and other places it sounded amazing.

the path has had repairs on it as it was getting very eroded
