Just watched The One Show on BBC iPlayer and can’t believe how shite Carfest looks. That’s not a hill climb! It just a flat bit of road. £50 for a ticket to this joke of a show? Don’t make me laugh – it’s a rip-off. And we have the extra traffic and noise for that rubbish. If you want to give your money to charity just do so, don’t encourage that nonsense. If you want cars and stuff go to Goodwood – which is excellent. I just hope the Aston Martin parade at 11:15 on Sunday is worth getting up for.
