Hi I’ve got to post a tubeless wheel set for eBay, I went to my local bike shop to see if I could get some wheel boxes but they said they use them.

Anyways I have two 27.5″ wheels with high roller tyres that will need about 10 psi in them the to prevent the sealent leaking as well as the rear hub.

Could anyone give me rough dimensions on a box size. I will just buy the box as I work in logistics so can post them free.

I was thinking of buying a bike box and simply cutting it down to fit? But a bit expensive be better if I could get something more suitable.

Get a bike box for free from a bike shop. Cut it down. Will be 20 cm wide at most and dimensions otherwise just measure your wheels.

Halfords are usually good for a bike box or two.

I don’t even ask at my local halfords now as they usually have a few boxes outback by the skip.
