Looking for some tubular road discs wheels.
Made an inquiry with Chinese supplier.
She is saying 20/24 holes rims with Novatec hubs.
    I’m not lightweight, 85 kg.
Is 20/24 holes ok for a disc wheelset ?
I don’t intend to use them off road.
    Any experiences?

My mate around your weight got 50mm road clinchers(20/24) from these guys(I have 38mm) clinchers as do few cycling buddies..

He opted for cyclocross rim(wider) better contact patch etc(road wheels) not disc and has no issues .. Mine too are silky smooth and true despite our lovely roads/weather 😀

I bought some 24 f&R wheels from light bicycle with disc hubs but I’m using them with rim brakes at the moment so can’t say if you’ll die or not

They’re nice and strong (deepish section and wider rims) and ded comfy with 28mm tyres

Make sure they’re not radially laced if you’re using discs
