My lbs offered me a wipe for free rather than buy a whole tube from them.

I called into my LBS today for just that and they applied some for me for free.

For a few quid you will get enough to last you a few months

I’ve used some toothpaste for the morning ride… Seems like it might do the job. Nice and minty.
