    Can anyone help me please? I have just purchased a 2012 Scott CR1 Pro road frame and need to know the torque settings for the seat and stem. I didn’t get a manual with it.

    Usually between 4-6Nm but varies between brands, have a look on their website and use carbon paste 🙂
