if youre more bothered about the groupset than the frame then your priorities are completely wrong.

wheels and rest of finishing kit are terrible…

frame and wheels are probably the most important part

I do expect that there will be plenty of trade off for 2k so I’m focusing on the frame and group set as finishing kit and wheels I can upgrade with Chinese carbon.

oh dear god, I assume you have good knowledge of the factories producing quality v total garbage.

The spec on that is terrible, it’s got a Tiagra cassette, own brand brakes and an FSA chain set.
I’m not sure what size you need but have a look at the below
