    If you get your driving license revoked due to medical grounds but get it back after appeal (in which your doctors say it should never have been taken away) do you have to declare this to your insurance company?

    I’m betting they’d use it as an excuse to invalidate the insurance if they found out about it if not declared, especially if it’s been a while between revoke and appeal.

    Better to tell them up front rather than give them a chance to claim you withheld information when you need to make a claim.

    Don’t think it affected my father in law after his license was suspended for a year for epilepsy tests
