    (other than to mark them as spam)

    the unsubscribe link on the email doesn’t work
    replying ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject line doesn’t work
    they don’t appear to have accounts in the conventional sense – if i add accessories to the basket and checkout it asks for address etc rather than offering an option to ‘log in’
    There is a ‘subscribe to newsletter’ link on the homepage but no ‘unsubscribe’ i can find.

    forwarding the mails to customer services got a reply that
    “I’m sorry you were unable to unsubscribe from the link. However your email subscriber should be able to offer this.” which doesn’t mean anything to me.

    Do all the emails arrive 3 months late and with critical bits missing?
