My Canyon Nerve AM7.0 came with DT Swiss AM 1900 wheels. I need to replace the bearings in the front wheel. I haven’t taken the existing bearings out – I realise if I do they’ll have the number stamped on them, but to enable me to order them and get the job done in one does anybody know if these wheels are equivalent to something else in DT Swiss’ range?
