    Stopped smoking a week ago for no real reason other than I forgot. I’ve been munching hard biscuits, haribo, hot cross buns, massive chicken salads f**king joke!

    Going to try starvation tomorrow! lol!

    Try a pint of water, it helps make you feel full.

    I hate to start this, but eat fewer carbs and more protein. Biscuits, buns etc will just make you want to eat more.

    yeah i know all this, I’m just on munch mode! Might get some protein powder never tried that.

    I go through this every couple of weeks 🙂 Munchies from quitting smoking have nothing to do with hunger IMO, you’re just trying to substitute one thing with another.

    Every time you want to eat/smoke make an effort to concentrate on something else and it’ll pass after 5 mins or so.
