Hi,

I have lost a bolt on my cannondale rize suspension that effectively renders my bike useless. This happened back in January this year. I have been trying to locate another bolt. My LBS has been useless and i have given up on them. I have tried other bike shops but i believe that the cannondale supplyer has changed recently hence the struggle to locate one.

Does anyone one know where i can get one such bolt from or who now the supply of Cannondale bikes in the UK?

I have tried the warrenty angle but apperently bolts are not covered as the frame isnt damaged.

Any help suggestions would be appreciated

Cannondale now distrubuted by CSG uk (formally known as Hotwheels) 01202 732288 http://www.hot-wheels.co.uk AFAIK any 'dale dealers still have accounts and nothing has changed but I may well be wrong on that!

What bolt is it?
I'd bet cash that any bolts/nuts/screws etc supply could find you a suitable replacement for pennies.

As I said back then, get down the local nuts and bolts place.

as above if you can find out what size you need then any nut and bolt place will do.

Did you try speaking to Chelmer cycles?
