Is there any difference between a prophet and the SL?

I'm looking at picking up a frame and the chap that selling it says that it only runs at 120mm. Is this right?

frames are the same but a shorter shock on the sl, standard ones are 200x50mm

sl has a slightly shorter shock giving 120 travel,200×50 shock will make it like a standard prophet. i am running a 200×57 on my sl for slightly more travel

The chap says it's a 2008 but I can't seem to see it in the range. It's gloss black with red decals. Any ideas?
