    Hi,

I am really struggling with one of these frames. One of the rear brake bosses is now useless to me as the bolt has snapped off and as such I need a new boss for it. I am having a hard time figuring out what size thread goes in the frame. It is not a standard M10 and I’m not sure if it is M8. I have tried loads of different ones but had no luck!

Does anybody know what size will fit this??

The thread is 8mm across but i am not sure about the pitch. Is it a bizarre thread specific to this frame??

    Any help would be fantastic!!

    Thanks.

Thanks trevron73, after asking on Retrobike as well I think I may have managed to track one down. Just waiting for delivery and fingers crossed!
