2 recent ebay purchases of mine. Early days, but the sharper among you who GAS may see what I am up to!

BTW can I get a 130mm BCD spider for that XT chainset?

    Update to follow…

Burying the marin in a steel coffin so it can never be seen by human eyes again. I reckon you deserve the Noble Prize Sir.

mikewsmith’s beaten me to it – he already has one of those IIRC, so presumably this will be Mk 2?

Some kind of bike driven wood saw? A mess? 😉

A disappointing lack of cutlery so far too!

    Bike and a box so
    1. Cargo bike
    2. Folding bike to fit in box

    More clues needed tbh

Well done guys, it will be a mk2 of what Scotland’s most eminent frame builder called “that piece of shit fat bike” – less shit in being stiffer, lighter and adaptable to std 26″ and 26 x 4″ wheels.

    Mk 1 below.

Are you making a new gate for the fence over the road?

Almost certain it’s a no on the larger spider, though given it’s 5 arms is it standard (110 BCD) or compact (94 BCD) – if the former, which is what it looks like, then larger chainrings are readily available.

I really think you should have done an Orange. Surely an old Patriot or 5 could be picked up for little money.
A super-wide box section swing arm would look awesome.

brakes – I got the frame for £60…I doubt any fan-boi favouritescan be had for that!

aracer – it’s compact, it’s no biggie as I have another way of resolving that issue.

druidh – yes, you have to to get the tyre in at full travel. The new frame is (by accident) a better choice…it’s 140mm travel which will go to nearly 150mm, which I will use with a 150mm fork and regular 26″ tyres, then a different shock and mounting plate to get 110mm travel and BB at around the same height with 4″ tyres.

Shand – you think I was referring to you? 😛
