Bhut jolokia is recorded as being hottest chilli, got some growing ATM, but to be honest they're inedible unless you cook em!

If you can eat a scotch bonnet, i'll be VERY impressed. From experience I do NOT recommend trying.

Habanero for me. Hot, lovely flavour and the only ones that don't give heartburn (for those that suffer from heartburn).

Apache are fiery little feckers. Available now to grow as plants in 3in-4in pots from your local garden centre. They crop well too

We grow Dorset Nagas. They are usually painfully hot!
