Scarborough, but you’ll need a coat.

Go and find a beach in Palawan with no one on it.

    Bring a book, teach yourself.

    Retreats include other people. 👿

    This is Taransay

In good weather, you can do beach walks abd find yourself
In bad weather, you can work on dealing with being stuck inside a lot

You’ll find yourself a lot quicker in Scarborough, and pints will be far easier to obtain as well.

I have a beach 10 minutes away and have a sea view from my house.
I can walk for miles there.

I would just go for a week to a structured camp for a bit of meditation together with a bit of yoga and nice weather.

She’d be a lot more mindful if she had a coat on.

I thought the point of mindfulness was to be able to practice it anywhere, regardless of your surroundings?

It does not apply to everyone in a similar way.

Some may be able to be mindful in all situations while others cannot as people are all very different.

You just have to try out a way/method that suits you best.

Textbook stuff are just the starting point but you have to try them out yourself.

    You can.

But that doesn’t mean you can’t combine learning more about it with a relaxing holiday and some nice weather.
